Last month we shared that PCQC leadership made the decision to transition the data registry to a new partner and platform in early 2024. We understand that you may utilize the current registry platform to view and download Program Reports from the Annual Program Survey data. To ensure you have access to your program data through this transition to a new data collection and reporting platform, we recommend downloading any historical reports from the ArborMetrix platform by December 31, 2023.  After this date, we will no longer have access to this platform and the reports. PCQC will transfer and store the raw historic data from the Annual Program Survey to our next data registry solution.

To download your reports, please follow these steps or review this guide.

1. Log into the PCQC registry and click on the ‘Program Reports’ button on the left-side menu.
2. Click the report you would like to view from the options that appear.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the report and click on the icon that looks like a rectangle and down arrow in the bottom right corner.
4. Select the format you would like to download from the options that appear.
5. If ‘Image’ is selected, the file will automatically download to your computer. If PDF or PowerPoint are selected, a window will open in the middle of the screen allowing you to customize which measures to download, if needed. Once ready, click the ‘Download’ button to download your file.
6. Repeat this process for each report you would like to download.
