Navigating the PCQC Registry
The Program Profile includes basic information about your program and establishes the settings and sites in which you provide care. If you choose to list your palliative care program on the provider directory on GetPalliativeCare.org, this information is pulled from your Program Profile. All Registry Members must complete a Program Profile (Basic Membership). Basic Membership is free. Advanced Membership is also free and involves completing Annual Program Surveys.
