It is with a heavy heart that we announce the dissolution of the Palliative Care Quality Collaborative (PCQC). After much reflection and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to conclude the work of our organization.
We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to all those who have supported us over the years.
To our members, thank you for your unwavering commitment to improving the quality of palliative care. Your dedication has been an inspiration and a driving force behind the collaborative efforts that have made a significant impact on the field.
To our partners, your support has been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for the shared expertise and resources you brought to the table. Together, we have moved the needle in advancing care that truly matters for patients and families.
To our committee members, thank you for your tireless work and the critical roles you’ve played in shaping our organization. Your passion and expertise have been instrumental in the success of our work and in creating lasting improvements in palliative care practice.
To our volunteers, your generosity of time, energy, and skills has helped us reach greater heights, and we are beyond thankful for your selfless contributions.
To our staff, your professionalism, dedication, and daily commitment have been the backbone of our organization. The work we have accomplished would not have been possible without your unwavering support.
To our Board of Directors, your leadership, guidance, and vision have steered this organization through both challenges and triumphs. We have been fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated group of individuals.
Lastly, to our leaders, both past and present, thank you for your extraordinary vision and drive. Your leadership has shaped the trajectory of PCQC and created a lasting legacy in the field of palliative care.

It has truly been a privilege to serve the field of palliative care and to work alongside so many remarkable individuals. We are proud of the impact we’ve made together, and we will always cherish the relationships and accomplishments that have come from our collective efforts.
