PCQC Releases First Iteration of Program Reports

What’s available?  

The following reports will be available for palliative care programs that submitted an annual program survey to the PCQC Registry. These reports are available separately for hospital, home, office/clinic, and nursing home settings. 

• Measure Scorecard: key measures such as patient volumes, staffing, and workload. Showing single year and over time trends. 
• Clinical Summary: shows the distribution of your patient population and referral base for a single year. 

What’s next for reporting on Annual Program Surveys? 

• Detailed views of all measures presented in the scorecard including peer group comparisons, percentiles, and comparative longitudinal trends 
• Peer group comparisons on the clinical summary 
• Staffing reports that display staffing levels and palliative care certification by discipline
