Last month we shared that PCQC leadership made the decision to transition the data registry to a new partner and platform in early 2024. As a PCQC Premium Member, we understand that you utilize the current registry platform to enter clinical data and access clinical reports. To ensure that you have access to your patient reports through this transition to a new data collection and reporting platform, we recommend downloading any historic reports from the ArborMetrix platform by December 31, 2023. After this date, we will no longer have access to this platform and the reports.  

 PCQC will transfer and store the raw historic data from Premium Members to our next data registry solution. We also encourage you to download a back-up of your patient data. You will find instructions to download your patient-level reports and patient data export in this guide.

Finally, if you use the registry platform to view and download Program Reports from the Annual Program Survey data, we also encourage you to download those reports. You can follow the steps in this guide to do so.
