Lance worked with the AQI Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership and financial stewardship, and also briefly held an interim executive director role. Before AQI, Lance served as a business analyst for SurePayroll, HSBC, and Analysts International.

Lance holds a Master’s degree in mathematics from Northern Illinois University, has a Master’s certificate in project management, and speaks regularly as a subject matter expert for national and state medical societies.
